We want your Marigold England order to arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy for important details about processing, delivery, and tracking.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@marigoldengland.com before ordering.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
UK Standard: 3–7 business days
UK Express: 1–3 business days
EU Standard: 5–14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order online using the link provided in your email.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If your item is damaged in transit, contact us immediately at hello@marigoldengland.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Marigold England is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once handed to the carrier, but we’ll assist in filing claims where possible.
Customs and Import Duties (for EU Orders)
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
